See this content in the original post

Change is one of the only constants in life, but a lot of people are really adverse to it. TBH, I actually thrive in change and chaos, I’m always seeking newness, so this week I’m sharing how I overcome fear of change to approach it with a growth mindset.

Tim Ferris says “People would rather be unhappy than uncertain.” Change is hard because it comes with a loss of control, and it often means letting go of how things are to embrace something new. But what is the safety and comfort of remaining the same costing you?

And how do we get better at such an important, but uncomfortable, life skill?

Tune in as I chat about:

  • The change we choose VS change that happens to us

  • The grief that can come with change

  • Why I struggle with changing relationships

  • Adopting a growth mindset

  • Questions to ask that will make change easier

  • Building resilience and tracking your wins

  • How practicing impermanence can help

  • Working on your inner stability to deal with unstable environments

If you’re toying with changes in your life right now, just remember that people often regret what they didn’t do more than what they did. You got this.
