Realtalk from Gill: I’ve been at a serious crossroads about which path to take next in my career. It can be easy to feel trapped in one lane, stuck where you are, or like you have to choose only one thing to focus on if you want to be successful. But choosing something now, doesn’t mean you’re resigned to that one thing forever. Everything you do is cumulative action towards where you want to end up.

Life is a long zig-zagging road, and it’s okay to pivot and try new routes along the way. And no one has exemplified how to reinvent yourself and pivot your career again and again more than today’s guest, Keltie Knight.

Keltie is a three-time Emmy Award winning television personality, podcaster, A New York Times bestselling author, and former professional dancer. She started her career as a dancer and danced in the Radio City Rockettes, in music videos for musicians like John Legend, and as a backup dancer for Beyonce and Taylor Swift, NBD. She pivoted into television as a host, working on Entertainment Tonight and E! News, and covering huge events like The Grammys Red Carpet. She’s the co-host and creator of one of the top 100 podcasts in the world, The LADYGANG podcast, which she transformed into a TV show and a bestselling book, Act Like A Lady. And now, she has just launched her new CBS primetime show, Superfan, for which she’s the creator, executive producer, and host.
